Agility: Increases the maximum limit of Action points, reduces the chance to be detected while sneaking.

Luck: increased recharge rate of critical hit meter and increased chance to find caps and ammo.

How Does Fallout 4 Perk Chart Works?

The Perk chart is a 10 by 7 matrix with 10 rows and 7 columns. Each of the columns is linked with each of the seven S.P.E.C.I.A.L attributes.
